1. The Buffet Indicator

The Warren Buffet Indicator is based on the historical ratio of total market cap over GDP. According to Buffet this is probably the best single measure of where valuations stand at any given moment. Best used to value US markets.

2. The Shiller P/E Ratio

The well known Professor Robert Shiller constructed the Schiller P/E in an effort to measure the market’s valuation. Best used to value US markets as it is based on the S&P500.


3. Global Market Valuations

The Global Market Valuations are based on the Buffet Indicator. It uses the same calculations based on the GDP and market cap of the researched countries.
